Please join us in welcoming Chef Nate to the taproom for our April Chef Residency! 🍽️ Chef Nate is no stranger to our kitchen, for the past 3 years he’s been Chef Nate has been working with Angies Vietnamese Cuisine. We’re so excited to host him this month as he creates his own thing!
All the dishes are things he either grew up on or developed over the course of the last 10 years. of working in restaurants and kitchens. Each dish reflects a variety of different types of restaurants he’s worked in and he doesn’t limit himself to any one nationality's dishes. The Irish root veggie stew was a staple in his home and Bo Kho is his favorite dish he learned how to make during his time at Angies.
This is the first time Chef Nate has had the opportunity to serve his own menu and he’s so excited to share with us! Enjoy his food the next time you’re at the taproom!

Our Triple Bottom Chef residency program is essentially a monthly kitchen takeover where we host a Philly chef to share their food with our community!
We love all the relationships we’ve built (and foods we’ve tried) over the years and we want to share them with you! We’ve had the glorious opportunity to meet and collaborate with some amazing chefs through pop-ups at our taproom, and we’re really excited to deepen these friendships through month-long residencies. Yes, that’s right a whole month!!
