We’re so excited to introduce not one, but TWO chefs for our October Chef Residency, Chef Kara of Canteen_nj and Chef Levi of Autana! Starting this Wednesday, Kara will be in the kitchen on weekdays, (Wednesday-Friday) and Maria will in on the weekends (Saturday & Sunday)! 🍽️
Canteen has been serving up unique and flavorful sandwich combinations for the past 10 years. Their motto is “good food, friends, life.” They keep this at the the heart of all that they do! Their sandwiches pair perfectly with our beer and we’re so excited to dig in.
Autana Authentic Venezuelan Food is a family run culinary project born from love, resilience, and the desire to share our roots. At the heart of Autana is tradition. Their menu is inspired by the flavors they grew up with in Venezuela, honoring family recipes while reimagining them for today’s conscious and culturally curious diners. Most of their food is naturally gluten-free, handcrafted with fresh ingredients, and served with love.

Our Triple Bottom Chef residency program is essentially a monthly kitchen takeover where we host a Philly chef to share their food with our community!
We love all the relationships we’ve built (and foods we’ve tried) over the years and we want to share them with you! We’ve had the glorious opportunity to meet and collaborate with some amazing chefs through pop-ups at our taproom, and we’re really excited to deepen these friendships through month-long residencies. Yes, that’s right a whole month!!
