We’re excited to have Angie’s Vietnamese Cuisine in our taproom for the second time!
Each dish is an invitation to discover the best of Vietnamese food with all your senses: from transporting smells to tantalizing tastes and colorful textures.
This month, Angie’s Vietnamese Cuisine will share the dishes that they grew up cooking with family and when times were tough in Vietnam. Angie’s dishes remind us of the simpler days spent making tasty means for friends and loved ones.

Our Triple Bottom Chef residency program is essentially a monthly kitchen takeover where we host a Philly chef to share their food with our community!
We love all the relationships we’ve built (and foods we’ve tried) over the years and we want to share them with you! We’ve had the glorious opportunity to meet and collaborate with some amazing chefs through pop-ups at our taproom, and we’re really excited to deepen these friendships through month-long residencies. Yes, that’s right a whole month!!
