We’re so excited to announce Chef Sal as our chef resident for January! 🧑🏽🍳 Some of you may already be familiar with his delicious comfort food since he was our chef for December too! We’re so excited to have him back in the taproom.
From nachos and quesadillas to Mac & Cheese and personal pizzas, there’s something for everyone on his menu. 🍕Swing by the taproom now through January 31 to enjoy alongside your fave Philly beer. 🍻

Our Triple Bottom Chef residency program is essentially a monthly kitchen takeover where we host a Philly chef to share their food with our community!
We love all the relationships we’ve built (and foods we’ve tried) over the years and we want to share them with you! We’ve had the glorious opportunity to meet and collaborate with some amazing chefs through pop-ups at our taproom, and we’re really excited to deepen these friendships through month-long residencies. Yes, that’s right a whole month!!
