You’re invited to join Triple Bottom Brewing for another Supper Club event - our 4-course, outdoor dining experience.
The Triple Bottom Supper Club brings people together joyfully & safely to share in a unique dining experience while also supporting the inspiring work of local organizations dedicated to advancing racial, & economic justice in Philadelphia.
This event features our near and dear friends Chef Sandy Trinh and Thu Pham. Chef Sandy is a first-generation Vietnamese American who has worked in Philly's restaurant & food truck industry for the past 11+ years. Cooking & growing food was her radical gateway in finding her roots, preserving her culture, & reclaiming her Vietnamese American identity. She is on a mission to bring people closer to food on a personal level. Teaming with Thu Pham of Càphê Roasters, it was intrinsic to celebrate their heritage & acceptance of change with a Vietnamese modern menu. The menu is a deep reflection and hopes to convey the warmth of community.
Each ticket includes 4 courses, a beer pairing carefully selected by our brewer Kyle Carney, and a cocktail pairing from our general manager Sola Onitiri. $5 of your ticket will be donated to support the YSRP (Youth Sentencing and Reentry Project) mission to keep children out of adult prisons.
Need to Know
- Unfortunately, there are no alternative dishes for this meal.
- Due to COVID-19, we will require our guests to wear masks when being served. Additionally, we can not serve parties larger than 6.
- The rain date for this event is the following day.
- We will not be offering refunds for this dinner but tickets are transferable with proper notice.
