You’re invited to join Triple Bottom Brewing for our supper club event, a 4-course, outdoor dining experience celebrating Filipino Heritage Month.
The Triple Bottom Supper Club brings people together joyfully & safely to share in a unique dining experience while also supporting the inspiring work of local organizations dedicated to advancing racial, & economic justice in Philadelphia.
This event features Chance Anies of Tabachoy. Chance is a self-described “home cook” who learned to cook alongside his father, who is a private chef in DC. Being biracial, and growing up in a predominantly white community, he rarely spent time with other Filipinos. Tabachoy began as a personal exploration of Filipino culture and has grown to become an educational experience for both Chance and his patrons. Tabachoy serves light-hearted, heavy-bellied Filipino food, meaning, they take their food seriously, but don’t take themselves too seriously. Chance would love nothing more than to see Filipino food become a staple in Philadelphia.
Our nonprofit partner for this Supper Club is Mural Arts Restorative Justice! $5 from your ticket will go to help their mission.
