Chef Boo

Chef Boo is a queer trans south asian chef who is on a journey to open Bar ABCD! They are a first-gen desi from Jersey who grew up eating cuisine from all over the diaspora. Their food is inspired by their love for Bengali, East Asian, and Southeast Asian flavors. A Leo rising, Aries sun, Pisces moon, Chef Boo brings the heat, spice, and aromatics that feed the belly and the soul. They are here to share their love of food with you all, so bring all of your friends in for a taste!

Our Triple Bottom Chef residency program is essentially a monthly kitchen takeover where we host a Philly chef to share their food with our community!
We love all the relationships we’ve built (and foods we’ve tried) over the years and we want to share them with you! We’ve had the glorious opportunity to meet and collaborate with some amazing chefs through pop-ups at our taproom, and we’re really excited to deepen these friendships through month-long residencies. Yes, that’s right a whole month!!
